Breakfast
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Banana
- Carrots
For dinner tonight I made pad thai using the recipe from theclothesmakesthegirl. I have made this recipe many times before. I make a few changes, I use zoodles (zucchini noodles) for the noodles, I use 2 onions instead of ½ of one, I added broccoli, I used 2 red bell peppers, and I make a double batch of the sunshine sauce.
