Today after work I went over to Nijiya, a healthy Japanese supermarket. I just found out they carry a lot of organic veggies and meats, so I was curious to see what they had. And guess what I found!? Sugar free bacon. I couldn't believe my eyes! I stared at it for a while in aw, and looked over the package a several times just to make sure it had no sugar. But it was plain old bacon. So of course I brought it home with me, that and some red curry paste.
Overall I really liked the store. The location I went to was small, but it had a little bit of everything. I even saw green tea kit kat bars that looked very interesting. If I wake up early enough tomorrow morning maybe I will make some bacon and eggs for Ruben and I.
Before I post todays eats I apologize beforehand for my not so awesome pictures for today, especially for dinner, by the time I finished dinner the sun had already gone down.

The curry wasn't bad, but I do feel like it’s missing something. I will work on the recipe.
