DAY 9
Breakfast
• 2 fried eggs served on top of sautéed ground beef, with tomatoes and sliced mushrooms seasoned with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, with 1/4 cup tomato sauce mixed in. And served with 1/2 an avocado.
• Blueberries
Lunch
• Chipotle salad bowl with fajitas, carnitas, salsa and guacamole.
Dinner
• Rubens Sliders
• Sweet potato fries
• Grilled red bell pepper
• Grilled zucchini
• 3 tomatoes
While I was at the gym, Ruben made dinner. I love getting home and having food ready, it’s so wonderful.
